The G70 is a luxury sports sedan with an exterior design that emphasizes the most dynamic character of the Genesis lineup and an interior space that focuses on driver enjoyment.

Front Design Front Design

The bold and audacious characteristics of the G70 are emphasized by the Crest Grille and Quad Lamps, both of which drew inspirations from the Genesis emblem. The low set Crest Grille relative to the height of the Quad Lamps, symbolizes an athletic character ready to accelerate forward at any moment.

The newly implemented Quad Lamps and the bold “Genesis” text over the clean surface of the trunk lid emphasize the distinct Genesis brand identity. Functional elements are positioned in the lower bumper area, creating a contrast with the minimalist upper section.

Based on a sophisticated rear wheel drive platform, the perfected proportions are highlighted by the long hood, short overhangs and low roof. The new air vents optimized for aero efficiency highlight the clean and sleek athletic sports sedan look.

Crest grille

Inspired by the crest in the center of the Genesis wing emblem, the slim, low height grille is set lower than the Quad Lamps to lower visual height. Designed in with an extreme ratio that accentuates the V-shape, the new Crest grille emphasizes the G70's athletic and high-performance image.

As the face of the brand, the emblem embodies the essence and philosophy of Genesis. The emblem is a manifestation of our focus on customers. Decorated with the Guilloché*A decorative technique in which a very precise, intricate and repetitive pattern is mechanically engraved.${'genesis.common.p2.close.tooltip' @ i18n} pattern often seen in luxury watches, the thickness of the emblem has been reduced by nearly 80 percent compared to the previous one.

The impressive performance of this high-performance sedan is given further prominence through the use of a body-color rear diffuser-like lip and oval dual exhausts, further emphasizing the powertrain.

The G70 Sport adds a further layer of charisma. The G70 Sport boasts dark-chrome daylight opening (DLO) molding, developed exclusively for the Sport model, as well as front radiator grille surround molding and dark tinted chrome mesh to highlight the model's higher-performance characteristics. The Sport model is further distinguished via 19-inch sport wheel reflecting the two-line concept design of the Genesis to express a sense of speed and exclusive red Brembo brake system to complement the G70's staggering high-performance image.
